It is widely used for moving machinery and transporting heavy objects. The 413J features a total lock mechanism. The total lock is a stopper mechanism that can simultaneously lock both the swivel and the wheel rotation. The stopper position of the 413J can be selected on the left or right. (The standard is the right lever in the image above.) It can be used in conjunction with fixed casters 420JR, 420JRP, 413JR, and 413JRP.
