An excellent seismic isolation joint suitable for seismic-resistant piping has arrived with an insulated type fitting!
The "Insulated Flexible Bender" is a flexible expansion pipe made of a stainless steel short pipe integrated type (insulated type). The stainless steel short pipe assembly has electrical insulation resistance, eliminating the need for corrosion prevention due to dissimilar metal contact. Furthermore, it meets the detachment prevention resistance of 3DkN, making it ideal for seismic piping systems. Flexible expansion pipes can be integrated by welding at the bridge pier sections of water pipe bridges and around water distribution tanks using stainless steel pipes. 【Features】 - No need for corrosion prevention due to dissimilar metal contact - Clears detachment prevention resistance of 3DkN - The stainless steel short pipe assembly has a simple structure without bolts - Can be combined with various connection shapes of ductile iron pipes, including GX type - Can be integrated with polyethylene pipes through EF joining *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Since our establishment in 1970, we have been a manufacturer of special fittings dedicated to protecting lifelines, introducing numerous innovative products to the market. The ductile iron ball-shaped flexible expansion joint "Flexibender," released in 1980, demonstrated its seismic performance during the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and the Great East Japan Earthquake. The EM continuous water supply method "S-Gate" series, launched in 1999, has steadily achieved results in various countries around the world, including the United States and South Korea. We are committed to product development with free thinking, unconstrained by conventional wisdom, and contributing to the safety of lifelines.
