The "Bredel" hose pump is suitable for slurry and harsh environments. It is ideal for the transfer of cement, ceramics, paint, and sludge!
Bredel hose pumps have high abrasion resistance and can transport slurries that are difficult to transfer with other pumps. They can also handle high-pressure transfers of up to 1.6 MPa. Today, over 100,000 Bredel hose pumps are in operation worldwide. With an operating pressure of 1.6 MPa and flow rates of up to approximately 100 m³/hr, they are suitable for demanding applications across a wide range of industries. Chemicals: Acids, alkalis Wastewater treatment: Lime, kalic, sodium hypochlorite, ferric chloride, and precipitates Paints & pigments: Feed for dispersion mills, pigments, and latex Pulp & paper: Dyes, sizing agents, yield enhancers, titanium dioxide Mining: Tailings slurry, precipitates, and reagents Ceramics & glass: Powders and clays for ceramics, bricks, and tiles Construction: Cement, coatings, sprayed concrete, colorants, and aggregates Printing & packaging: Varnishes, inks, coatings, and adhesives Food & beverage: CIP applications, wine, beer, dairy products, baking, seasonings, and additives Textiles: Fibers, dyes, acids OEM: Various pumps available for system suppliers For model-specific data, please download the attached data sheet.
