C-MIX (C-MIX) equipped air-operated handheld mixer with centrifugal stirring body.
DAH004、DAH005、DAH006
Ideal for stirring one-dan cans and pails, mixing paint, and diluting!
The "C-MIX Air-Powered Handheld Mixer" is a versatile handheld mixer that can be used in various locations, not only for one-gallon and pail cans but also for drum cans and small tanks. Equipped with C-MIX instead of a blade-type mixing body, it can mix while minimizing air entrapment and foaming. Unlike mixers that push liquid with blades, it generates a mixing flow through centrifugal force, resulting in less resistance, allowing women to easily mix with one hand. Since there are no protrusions like blades, the shear force is very low, preventing damage or alteration to the properties of the materials. This product is available in a "Standard Type" and a "Wide Range Type" for high viscosity. Please choose according to your purpose and application. 【Features】 ■ Easy operation ■ Uniform mixing without unevenness ■ Significant reduction in material loss ■ No contamination from splattered liquids ■ Suppression of solvent volatilization *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
AquaTex Co., Ltd. offers solutions to the challenges and issues related to stirring that arise in manufacturing and development environments by utilizing the blade-less centrifugal mixing device C-MIX. **Features** C-MIX: - Reduces the incorporation of air and bubbles during stirring. - Distributes the stirring flow throughout the entire tank using centrifugal force. - Effectively eliminates sediment with powerful suction, and is also suitable for high-viscosity liquids. - Does not have protrusions like blades, allowing for stirring without damaging or degrading the materials being mixed. - Can be manufactured in various materials and sizes, including stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic (resin), according to stirring conditions. For example: - Struggling with the incorporation of air and bubbles during stirring. - Wanting to reduce the risk of contamination (foreign material inclusion) during stirring. - Looking to eliminate sediment that settles at the bottom of containers. - Wanting to stir lightweight powders that float on the liquid surface uniformly without incorporating air. - Wanting to stir quickly but concerned that strong stirring will degrade the liquid due to shear. - Wanting to reduce accidents caused by contact with blades. We can address various stirring issues. Please feel free to contact us.
