The "Super Clean Mate Series" is a filtration device that enables the purification of oils, from hydraulic oil to cutting oil, both online and offline. When hydraulic oil or cutting oil is used for an extended period, foreign substances and water can mix in, leading to oxidation. Continuing to use the oil in this state can cause problems, resulting in equipment failure or damage. This product purifies hydraulic oil while removing both foreign substances and water, maintaining a condition equivalent to new oil at all times. The filter uses a special non-woven fabric that has the same adsorption properties, strength, and water absorption as Mino washi (traditional Japanese paper). It removes ultra-fine contaminants and carbon, which were difficult to eliminate with conventional filtration devices, purifying to NAS Class 7. Compared to replacing with new oil, it reduces costs to about 1/5 to 1/10.
