Tunnel FILM method, water inflow treatment material compatible with single shell method.
The "Moyai Drain PF Type" is a water treatment material designed for methods such as the FILM method and single-shell method used in tunnel construction, which directly reinforces with mortar after water treatment. The waterproof section features a special laminated sheet made of polyethylene film and non-woven fabric, allowing the mortar to adhere after curing by intertwining with the surface non-woven fabric. This anti-peeling effect ensures a strong bond between the drainage material installation side and the reinforcement section. 【Features】 ■ The waterproof sheet does not peel off after installation due to the special laminated sheet of polyethylene film and non-woven fabric. ■ A wide type of chemical synthetic fiber non-woven fabric, 10mm thick, is attached to both sides of the waterproof sheet, preventing mortar from flowing in from the sides of the sheet. ■ Can be installed by nailing through the non-woven fabric sections on both sides. ■ Increased voids in the core material improve water permeability, and enhanced flexibility allows for installation that adheres well to uneven surfaces. ■ Resistant to clogging from free lime and other materials. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
