Using this protein contamination as an indicator of cleanliness, it allows for rapid, easy, and accurate monitoring to ensure the quality of the final product. First, the surface is wiped with a cotton swab, and then the snap valve is broken to release the buffer. The color of the buffer changes to a deep purple depending on the level of protein contamination (assessment after 10 minutes).
