Combustion air and incineration ash are sufficiently preheated by the high-temperature exhaust gas of the melting furnace before being supplied into the furnace, so the ash that enters the furnace melts almost instantly, even the troublesome fine particles, resulting in minimal dust emissions. The standard fuels are kerosene and heavy oil A, but recycled oil can also be used. The exhaust gas heat recovery is implemented in two stages, which increases thermal efficiency, reduces fuel consumption, and lowers operating costs.
