Supports 100% hydrogen. Total support including front and rear equipment. We will solve the challenges of powder heat treatment together.
The rotary kiln (rotating retort furnace) can be used for the thermal treatment of powder materials. It dries and processes the powder materials uniformly by stirring them inside the rotating furnace core tube. In batch type, mixing, drying, and thermal treatment are processed continuously. San Furnace, as a top manufacturer of rotary kilns, handles everything from design and manufacturing to installation and maintenance consistently. 【Problem Solving】We have solved the following issues: ■ Want to use continuous type with 100% hydrogen but concerned about gas leaks. ■ Difficult to achieve continuous processing from powder input to discharge in batch type. ■ Large machines require preheating before operation due to the introduction of large amounts of gas. Please consult us for small lot production, thermal treatment tests, and small sample manufacturing. When processing powder materials, not only heating furnaces but also upstream and downstream equipment, including conveying devices, are necessary. At San Furnace, we provide total proposals that include not only the furnace but also upstream and downstream equipment through collaboration with partner companies. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.

Company information
The manufacturing process of industrial products in all fields almost always includes a heating process. Due to the various factors such as the material, size, processing volume, temperature, atmospheric gas, and transportation method of the items being processed, heating devices, or thermal treatment furnaces, will have different specifications. Our company has traditionally responded to user expectations with a flexible design and manufacturing system. We have accumulated extensive experience and achievements across various powdered materials, including metal materials, mechanical parts, electronic components made of glass and ceramics, magnetic materials, and battery materials, regardless of the target objects. In recent years, it has become rare for thermal treatment furnaces to serve merely as heating devices; they are often required to have some additional functions. In addition to safety, energy efficiency, and automation, we actively incorporate advanced technologies to address environmental issues and enhance usability, going beyond merely following past technologies, and we will continue to create together with our customers.
