Duct-mounted air flow detector duct meter for general air / chemical resistance
Duct-mounted airflow detector DMS-N1A / Wind speed and temperature probe TS・UT series
24 hours a day, 365 days a year, wind flow measurement is always possible! Ideal for monitoring air volume in industrial air conditioning and equipment! Wind flow is monitored via a display, and wind flow values can be output in analog form.
The duct meter "DMS-N1A" is a wind speed and temperature detection system that installs wind speed and temperature probes in factory supply and exhaust ducts and equipment, allowing for monitoring of airflow through an indicator and enabling analog output of airflow values. Traditionally, operators would visit measurement points to measure and record wind speeds at various locations, but the "DMS-N1A" can continuously measure airflow 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There are also wind speed and temperature probes with chemical resistance that can monitor exhaust airflow in semiconductor factories, pharmaceutical factories, and research facilities for extended periods. 【Features】 ■ Wind speed detection range: 0.1 m/s to 15 m/s; temperature range for wind speed detection: -10°C to 50°C ■ Easy to set airflow scale, cross-sectional area, units, etc.! ■ Wind speed and temperature sensors are compatible and easy to maintain. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

basic information
This is a airflow measurement system that allows for constant monitoring of airflow within ducts. By inserting a wind speed sensor into the duct, it measures wind speeds from 0.5 m/s to 15 m/s, calculates and displays airflow on the indicator DMS-N1, and provides a 4-20 mA analog output. There are two types of wind speed sensors: the TS sensor for general air and the UT sensor with chemical resistance. The UT sensor, in particular, can monitor airflow in exhaust ducts for acids, alkalis, and organic compounds in industrial air conditioning for extended periods, and it has already been widely adopted in exhaust ducts of semiconductor and electronic equipment factories. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.*

Tonic is one of the few anemometer manufacturers in the country that manufactures wind speed sensors and anemometers in its own factory and possesses a calibration test wind tunnel that uses standard equipment regularly calibrated and inspected against national standards. In particular, the ultra-compact wind speed and temperature sensor QB series is well-received for product development in private companies and analysis in public research institutions, such as measuring wind speed distribution for thermal design and validating simulations. Additionally, we manufacture and sell duct-mounted airflow detectors called "Duct Meters" for managing supply and exhaust airflow in industrial air conditioning systems and controlling airflow in equipment. Notably, our chemical-resistant wind speed sensors have made it possible to monitor exhaust airflow in semiconductor and pharmaceutical factories for extended periods, which was previously impossible. Our factory also includes a clean room, equipped for the development of semiconductor sensors, as well as for small-batch production of wafer film deposition, etching, and patterning processes.
