The adoption of the Fine Coat maintenance system has been confirmed for the vehicles (E721 series) under the jurisdiction of JR East Sendai Branch. During an evaluation test lasting approximately six months, it was observed that the paint film, which could not be maintained for more than a month with conventional wax, showed no deterioration even after six months with Fine Coat, proving that its gloss, dirt resistance, and slip resistance effects were maintained.
