Benkan Kiko, as a behind-the-scenes supporter, continues to supply welded pipe joints tailored to various applications, including main steam pipes, high-pressure reheat steam pipes, low-pressure reheat steam pipes, and turbine bypass pipes, while responding to diverse customer needs. The photo shows products delivered to a thermal power plant in Taiwan (800MW), manufactured according to ASME standards. One of the materials used is "B31 CASE183," which has a high chromium (Cr) content and is enriched with trace elements such as tungsten (W) and boron (B), making it an extremely hard material that remains unaffected even at high temperatures (above 500°C). Due to this property, the ease of plastic processing (bendability) is inversely proportional when manufacturing elbows.
