What is weed control soil? - Raw material: Settled sludge from the Handorikawa Waterworks Office, soil that suppresses weed growth. - Soil mixed with lime-based solidifying agents and settled sludge. - Recycling of settled water sludge, which was industrial waste. - Settled water sludge lacks nutrients (it has the characteristic that plants do not grow in the sludge itself). - Mixing of tile waste into weed control soil (color effect and cushioning effect between soil particles). What kind of plant is creeping thyme? - A perennial herb from the verbena family, scientific name: Phyla canescens. - Native to subtropical regions from Southeast Asia to South America (grows wild in Okinawa, Japan). - Produces countless small white flowers from early May to September. - Does not produce seeds, and typically has a low height of about 5 cm. - Rapidly spreads by branching from each node of the creeping stem. - Propagation is easy through division or cuttings. - Has strong reproductive power and suppresses other weeds. - Creeping thyme flourishes and suppresses weed growth. - Has a herb effect that suppresses the occurrence of unpleasant insects like stink bugs. - The CO2 reduction effect is estimated to be about 4.5 tons/year when greening a rooftop of 100 square meters (equivalent to planting 85 trees with a height of 3 meters). *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog below.
