From now on, applying sealant will no longer be necessary!
In the construction of piping where water tightness and air tightness are required, the task of applying sealing material to the threads has been an important yet cumbersome job to maintain the quality of the piping over the long term. The "CK Pre-Seal 20K fittings" come pre-coated with fluorine-based sealing material for all types of 20K fire protection piping fittings, eliminating the need for any tedious work. It completely removes the cumbersome application process that previously relied on the experience of the workers, resulting in a speedy and reliable connection.

basic information
<Eliminates the hassle of applying sealing material> The sealing material is pre-applied to the threaded joint, eliminating the need for the cumbersome sealing material application during installation. In the case of conventional 100A piping, the labor and material costs for applying sealing material amounted to about 40 yen per joint (25 yen for labor and 15 yen for sealing material). <Light screwing torque> The lubricating effect of the sealing material reduces the tightening torque. Even with large-diameter piping, it is an excellent joint that is less likely to experience thread galling. <Transparent outer coating resin> The outer coating resin is transparent, allowing for the management of excess threads in buried piping. Additionally, it enables visual confirmation of the rubber ring installation status during construction, ensuring that it is securely fitted without twisting. <Threads do not rust> Since the sealing material already covers the threaded area, there is no concern about corrosion even during long-term storage.
