Achieving high speed, low noise, and long lifespan! The SLS/SLF model, which expands THK's advanced retainer technology into ball splines, is newly introduced!
[Features] ○ High-speed response → The adoption of a ball retainer maintains a uniform circulation motion, enabling high-speed response and allowing for high takt time of the equipment. ○ Low noise, good sound quality, low dust generation → By using a ball retainer, collisions and mutual friction between balls are eliminated, achieving low noise, good sound quality, and low dust generation. ○ Long-term maintenance-free → The significant improvement in grease retention capability due to the adoption of a ball retainer enables long-term maintenance-free operation. ○ Smooth operation (small rolling variation) → The use of a ball retainer and a new circulation method achieves stable and smooth movement with small rolling variations.

Detailed information
-
"SLS" (Medium Load Type) The outer diameter of the spline nut has a straight cylindrical shape. It allows for fixation with the housing using a key and enables torque transmission.
-
"SLS-L" (Heavy Load Type) This is a heavy load type with a longer spline nut that has the same outer diameter as "SLS." It is ideal for situations where high torque is applied in areas with limited space, or where overhang loads and moments are present.
-
"SLF" This is a flange type that can be fixed to the housing with bolts. It is easy to assemble and allows for a shorter housing length compared to fixation using keys.
