We will manufacture according to the standards and sizes of the flanges and the face-to-face dimensions. 4. It is also possible to weld and fix a socket in the middle of the short pipe. 5. Inspection certificate Before shipment, we conduct component inspection, dimensional inspection, penetrant testing, and pressure-tightness testing. Additionally, if requested, we can provide mill sheets and inspection certificates. [Note] * If requested, we can take photographs of the inspection testing conditions. * The pressure-tightness test will only be conducted if requested. * The minimum size for the standard face-to-face dimension of the loose short pipe 500A is 500mm. If you require a shorter size, please consult us in advance. Please note that the delivery time may take longer than standard products. * Standard products do not include bolts, nuts, or spare O-rings. If needed, please contact us when requesting a quote. * The delivery time will take about one to one and a half months after receiving approval of the product drawings.
