We would like to introduce a new technology that prevents scattering with the pack effect, born from mud and returning to nature.
The new technology for removing coatings from steel road bridges, called "Neoliver Mud Pack Method," is a chemical method that replaces the conventional blasting method for removing old coatings in the second level of surface preparation conducted during maintenance and repair of steel road bridges. It is a groundbreaking method registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's New Technology Information System (NETIS) with the registration number KK-070037-VE (registration period has ended), aimed at reducing total costs, improving work environments, and enhancing surrounding environments. After applying the stripping agent, the coating, which has reduced adhesion to the substrate due to penetration and swelling effects, rises in a moist film-like state, making it easy to remove and recover. The stripped coating left to sit remains in a moist state, preventing dust dispersion from the coating powder and facilitating the removal of the coating using tools such as scrapers. **Features:** - Prevents the dispersion of old coatings (hazardous substances) - Reduces noise - Allows selection of suitable agents for different types of coatings → Application conditions: Temperature above 5°C, humidity below 85% *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
