We will shut out all leaks with our smart water-stopping method!
The Pingrout water stop method is a hydrophilic one-component polyurethane resin injection water stop method jointly developed by Shimizu Corporation and Takeda Pharmaceutical Company in 1985. (Currently, the material manufacturer is Daiflex Co., Ltd.) The water stop material used in the Pingrout water stop method, hydrophilic one-component polyurethane resin (product name: NL Paste), undergoes a slow chemical reaction upon contact with water, generating carbon dioxide while foaming and curing. This expansion pressure during foaming is utilized to fill the resin into cracks in concrete and discontinuous surfaces at joints to stop water. 【Features】 - Can fill even fine cracks - Excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and saltwater - Can be applied with simple tools like an injection gun - Safe for use in drinking water facilities (uses high-viscosity materials) - Obtained formaldehyde emission classification F☆☆☆☆ For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
【Features】 ○ Reacts slowly with water from leaks, allowing resin to fill even the smallest cracks. ○ Water stop method using NL paste (hydrophilic one-component polyurethane resin). ○ Water stop marks are not noticeable, and it can be applied in a short construction period. ○ Completely shuts out all leaks. ○ Excellent adhesion to wet concrete surfaces, and the shrinkage of the cured foam resin is extremely minimal, so there is no concern about skin separation or the formation of gaps that could lead to re-leakage. ○ There is no need to consider the usable time after mixing the main agent and hardener, as with two-component systems. ○ Can be used not only for concrete cracks but also for leak points from defects in rock, wood, metal, and polymer materials. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Company information
The Pinguraut Council was established in December 1986 by a group of experienced construction companies, numbering around 100 nationwide, as an expert organization specializing in waterproofing and water-stopping construction, and is now celebrating its 36th anniversary. The council holds annual general meetings (once a year) and board meetings (four times a year), engages in promotional activities aimed at spreading construction methods, conducts research and development related to technology, and edits and revises technical materials. Additionally, it continuously supports the technical improvement of its members through the hosting of technical training sessions and the publication of newsletters.
