This is a polyimide film that combines high heat resistance of 300℃ and a visible light transmittance of over 88%. It is also compatible with the reflow process required for chip mounting.
TORMED is a high-performance film that not only boasts excellent heat resistance due to aromatic polyimide but also has a high transmittance of 88% for visible light. Additionally, it combines the solvent resistance and mechanical strength characteristics inherent to polyimide. With the advantage of having in-house polyimide synthesis technology and resin manufacturing facilities, we have developed our own transparent polyimide resin and have also independently developed equipment to mold it into continuous roll films, establishing a production system. 【Features】 - Over 88% visible light transmittance, with 100% UV cut. - It has heat resistance up to 300°C and is an extremely thermally stable film. - Its heat resistance allows it to be used in the reflow process during chip mounting. - It has high bend resistance and is difficult to break. - It shows high stability and is inert to most solvents. *For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
