I.S.T has developed a high-strength polyimide fiber called "IMIDETEX" using its unique technology. It achieves a high strength of 3.0 GPa and can be continuously used at temperatures exceeding 250°C, making it a super fiber. TORMED is a high-performance film that not only boasts excellent heat resistance due to aromatic polyimide but also has a high transmittance of 88% for visible light. Additionally, it combines the solvent resistance and mechanical strength characteristics inherent to polyimide.
