Solar power generation reverse flow prevention, 12A, compatible with 1,000Vdc, 100 hours salt spray test passed, IP67.
It was developed to prevent reverse current caused by voltage differences between solar cell strings. By adopting an aluminum housing, we achieved high heat dissipation and waterproof performance. By removing the reverse current prevention diode from the junction box, we not only reduced the size of the junction box but also lowered its temperature. The aluminum housing enhances heat dissipation by being mounted on a metal frame, making it possible to maintain the diode's operating temperature at a low level.

basic information
The reverse current prevention diode features an aluminum housing with 18cm solar cables formed at both ends of the housing. The aluminum housing achieves high heat dissipation and waterproof performance for the diode. This reverse current prevention diode can withstand a continuous current of 10A from monocrystalline or polycrystalline solar cells. Let's reduce the size of the junction box. By mounting the housing on a metal frame, heat dissipation is further enhanced, allowing the operating temperature of the diode to be maintained at a low level.

Company information
CAN Solar Inc. was founded in 2011 in British Columbia, Canada. We provide innovative solutions in the solar power industry. Our logo represents the sun watching over the solar power industry. With the slogan "Power is there," we aim to be a bridge between the solar power industry and our partners, contributing to the improvement of the global environment. The traditional oil and coal industries emit large amounts of carbon dioxide and have significant negative impacts on the surrounding environment, with operational maintenance costs rising year by year. Additionally, concerns are growing regarding nuclear power, which was once considered clean, leading to increased attention on solar energy, which can be operated more safely and at lower costs. Our company, Can Solar Inc., features a production system that secures cost advantages through Asian production while maintaining advanced design capabilities at our Canadian headquarters. We provide connection boxes that are easier, safer, more robust, and available at more accessible price points.
