12A reverse current prevention diode

Solar power generation reverse flow prevention, 12A, compatible with 1,000Vdc, 100 hours salt spray test passed, IP67.

It was developed to prevent reverse current caused by voltage differences between solar cell strings. By adopting an aluminum housing, we achieved high heat dissipation and waterproof performance. By removing the reverse current prevention diode from the junction box, we not only reduced the size of the junction box but also lowered its temperature. The aluminum housing enhances heat dissipation by being mounted on a metal frame, making it possible to maintain the diode's operating temperature at a low level.

Traditional connection boxes required wiring through knockouts. This product allows for easy connection by simply inserting MC4 compatible connectors, significantly reducing the labor involved in wiring tasks. Its safety design avoids contact with conductive parts due to its two-layer structure.
