■Before production, we will provide a quote, but when making an inquiry, we kindly ask you to provide a simple drawing, even if it's just a rough sketch like a manga. ■We will take every precaution when carrying out repairs, but there is a possibility of breakage due to small, invisible scratches. In fact, there are many cases where we cannot determine if a repair is possible without applying heat. If, unfortunately, it does break, we ask for your understanding. Please keep this in mind when requesting repairs. ■When sending items for repair, please ensure that they are cleaned and dried beforehand.
