The 【TYPE-S】 is a full cone spray nozzle that sprays in the same (straight) direction as the installation piping. The spray angle is relatively small, and the mist particles are coarser and larger compared to a hollow cone, making it suitable for applications that require impact force. In addition to cleaning, cooling, watering, and defoaming, it is also ideal for washing off contaminants. Furthermore, it is made of resin (polypropylene: PP), which is resistant to acids and alkalis, making it well-suited for surface cleaning before painting or plating.

It sprays in the same direction as the mounting screw. A cross vane is built in to generate a swirling flow just before the spray nozzle. Please be careful of clogging. There is no orifice inside the body. The spray nozzle is available in four sizes (Φ2, 3, 4, 6mm).
