High flow hollow cone type spray nozzle
The 【TYPE-NF】 is a PP (polypropylene) spray nozzle of the hollow cone spray type. It was developed as an enlarged version of the TYPE-NF. Compared to other hollow cone types, the particles are larger, and the flow rate is higher, making it ideal for large-volume cooling, humidification, and defoaming. It is also suitable for air cleaning and washing in large-volume air washers and scrubbers, as well as for irrigation in large-scale agriculture and livestock, and for defoaming in wastewater treatment plants. Being made of resin, it is resistant to acids and alkalis, making it suitable for surface cleaning before painting or plating.

Similar to TYPE-NF and NFB, the orifice (hole) inside the body is aligned with the centerline of the mounting screw and has a radius, allowing for smooth water flow. To generate a rotational flow, the spray nozzle is positioned eccentrically relative to the centerline of the mounting screw. Both the body orifice diameter and the spray nozzle diameter have large openings, resulting in stable spraying with minimal clogging. There are two sizes of mounting screws: 1/2” and 3/4”. Note: The body orifice diameter φ5mm (symbol N) is only available in 1/2”. With four sizes of body internal orifices (Φ5, 7, 8, 10 mm) and four sizes of spray nozzles (Φ10, 12, 14, 16 mm), various spray angles and water volumes can be achieved. - Material: PP (Polypropylene) - Mounting screw: 1/2” female, 3/4” female - Spray direction: 90° - Spray angle: 97° to 118° (at 0.2MPa) - Average particle size: 550 to 690 μm - Flow rate: 7.3 L/min (at 0.05MPa) to 91.7 L/min (at 0.5MPa) = For details, please refer to the catalog. =
