This is a flexible conductive foil made of electrolytic copper, excellent in flexibility, seismic resistance, heat resistance, and resistance. Performance has improved compared to conventional products! It can be manufactured in your preferred size and shape!
Electrolytic copper foil flexible conductors are products made by stacking numerous thin copper foils that have been continuously deposited in an electrolyte solution. Compared to conventional rolled copper plate laminates and flat braided copper wire flexible conductors, their repeated strength, durability, heat resistance, and seismic performance have significantly improved. Flexible conductors for ultra-high current and high-temperature applications can also be designed compactly, greatly speeding up the installation of electrical equipment and making safety management easier. There are two types: one processed by crimping with copper plates and the other solidified with solder. The conductors can be attached in various shapes regardless of size, and they are produced from standard types to those tailored to specific usage conditions. Additionally, the width of the original foil is 1 meter, with no length restrictions, allowing for maximum lengths exceeding 2 meters, and products capable of handling 10,000 amperes individually can also be manufactured. Applications: - Connection between conductors - Connection between equipment and conductors - Power supply devices for electrolytic cells and electroplating - Moving parts inside and outside of equipment
