Therefore, they were being finely shaved with tools like a baby sander, but this process was very time-consuming and labor-intensive each time they were disposed of, which was a problem. They were looking for a device that could easily crush these resin boards. Issues: 1. The task of shaving the patterns off the resin boards during disposal takes a lot of time. 2. When shaving the patterns off the resin boards, the shavings scatter, making cleanup cumbersome. 3. They want to crush the resin boards into pieces about 5mm square, so that their shape is completely unrecognizable before disposal. 4. Due to the flexibility of the resin material, conventional crushers could not effectively crush them as the material would bounce off the blades.

We propose a modified cutter mill. We will send sheet samples made of the same material as the resin board to several grinding machine manufacturers to test whether they can be crushed. We will show the crushed samples from each company to the customer, and after receiving approval from the selected manufacturer, we will hold a meeting to make modifications that meet the usage conditions. Points: 1. The customer will be shown the crushed samples to confirm the condition after crushing. 2. Modifications will be made to the standard grinding machine (cutter mill) of the approved manufacturer to meet the customer's usage conditions (such as inlet, outlet, bridge prevention device, and installation of movable casters). 3. To prevent the resin board from clogging in a bridge shape inside the cutter mill, a bridge prevention device will be installed.
