**Features of Contraplex** - Prevents the adhesion growth of strongly adhesive materials with a large grinding chamber and suppresses heat generation through airflow. - The pin discs on the door side and the main body rotate in opposite directions, achieving a maximum relative speed of 250 m/s at the outermost pin. - The centrifugal force acting on the pins and discs makes it suitable for grinding moisture- and fat-containing materials and strongly adhesive materials. - Coarse grinding is possible by rotating the two pin discs in the same direction. - Minimum grindable average particle size is 5 microns, and it can grind materials with a Mohs hardness of up to 7 (for wear-resistant models). **Features of Ultraplex** - Can grind fibrous materials due to shear and impact forces. - The grinding track comes in two types: with and without a screen. - The grinding track also has classification functionality. - Responds to requirements through screen hole diameter, rotation method, track angle, rotation speed, and rotation direction. - Capable of grinding with a large airflow and minimal thermal history. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
