[Case Study] Preventing Foreign Matter Contamination in the Filling Process - Triple-Structure Clean Booth
Preventing foreign matter contamination in filling operations - Triple-layer structure clean booth
To introduce filling equipment for drinking water, it is urgent to improve quality through cleanliness. An environment that does not come into contact with outside air is required from the container washing machine to the filling machine. Issues: 1. Production is taking place in a warehouse environment that is not air-conditioned. 2. There is a possibility of foreign substances contaminating during the filling of gallon cans. 3. After container washing, the lids are still not closed, so there is a possibility of debris entering before filling.

We established a flow to prevent contamination of foreign substances in the production line. - A large booth W7250×D5000×H4500 (Class 1000) that includes a washing machine and work area to prevent exposure of gallon containers to outside air after boiling sterilization cleaning. - A medium booth W5050×D2960×H4000 (Class 1000) that includes a filling machine and inspection area. - A small booth W3350×D1650×H3100 (Class 100) that encloses only the critical areas from the filling section to the cap. - We installed a changing room, handwashing area, and air shower at the worker entrance.
