We received a request to clean the surroundings to prevent foreign matter from contaminating the raw materials during the input into the powder mixer. It was necessary to process the installation for the dehumidifier to make it easier to install. Issues and Points 1. We want to prevent foreign matter contamination during the mixing of raw materials. 2. We want to make design changes easy, such as connecting to the dehumidifier. 3. The internal walls should be structured to minimize powder accumulation and adhesion. 4. We want the appearance to be aesthetically pleasing and convey a sense of cleanliness.

basic information
We proposed the construction using a double-structured KAMATA aluminum frame combined with electrostatic PET. To connect to the dehumidifier prepared by the customer, we installed a SUS chamber box for connection to our FFU. Additionally, since some piping was present at the installation site, we utilized the features of the custom-designed KAMATA clean booth and proposed a stepped ceiling. Points: 1. The double-structured KAMATA aluminum frame flattens both sides, minimizing dust accumulation. 2. To accommodate the site conditions, we adopted a stepped structure to avoid the piping. 3. R baseboards were installed at the installation surface between the aluminum frame and the floor for easy cleaning. 4. A sliding door was installed for easy transport with a cart, and double-opening doors were installed at the equipment entrance.
