Since there are proven results with general household shower rooms from other semiconductor companies, we proposed this shower room as an emergency shower room by improving the water supply and drainage sections (made of FRP). However, because the water volume of a household shower room is insufficient for emergency use, we modified the shower section to a high-flow type. Additionally, since the drainage section had a small pipe diameter, there was a risk of the cleaned water accumulating at the feet, so we proposed raising it with a stainless steel grating modification.
