This is a compact applicator that achieves simple and easy operability at a low cost. The discharge volume can be adjusted using a variable gear pump. 【Features】 - The gear pump is equipped with a maximum pumping capacity of 5 kg/hour and a pressure relief valve to smoothly deliver the resin. The adjustment of the relief valve can be easily done from outside the device. - Temperature control is possible from 40°C to 200°C (±0.5%), with an option for up to 230°C. - Tank section: The B4 tank has a large surface area and features fins at the bottom to promote melting, allowing for optimal melting rates. - External electrical input: In addition to the motor start/stop switch, the B4 gear pump allows for external electrical input for the pump and motor from the master unit.
