Achieves powerful swirling flow and high oxygen dissolution efficiency! Enables stable generation of fine bubbles for an extended period.
The tube membrane diffuser "MT70-600S" is a aeration pipe wrapped with a rubber membrane featuring an I-SLOT (a slit shaped like the letter "I"). It is characterized by preventing backflow during intermittent aeration and preventing clogging when there are suspended solids in the liquid, thanks to the slotted membrane rubber. Additionally, the I-SLOT allows for the stable generation of fine bubbles over a long period, which is effective in improving dissolved oxygen concentration (oxygen dissolution efficiency). The membrane is made of EPDM, making it suitable for use in aeration in wastewater treatment facilities that contain oil. 【Features】 ○ Achieves powerful swirling flow and high oxygen dissolution efficiency ○ The membrane uses durable EPDM ○ The slotted design of the I-SLOT enables stable generation of fine bubbles over a long period ○ The I-SLOT ensures long lifespan and energy savings For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
