A groundbreaking new technology has been born.
1. Achieving the world's highest level ISO Class 1 without enclosure By opposing highly coherent airflow between units equipped with the nano-fiber (ultra-high performance low-pressure loss) filter "FERENA," we create a super clean environment at the world's highest level of ISO Class 1 in an open space. 2. Exceptional workability that overturns common sense Since there is no need to enclose the area, the entrances and exits to the clean zone are always open, making it very easy for people and objects to come and go. 3. Flexible response to layout changes Units can be easily moved, allowing for simple layout changes within the room. Additionally, the floor coach has a structure that allows units to be stacked, enabling free expansion and contraction of the clean zone.

basic information
Conventional clean rooms typically require comprehensive construction, which is commonly understood to take both time and money. However, the open clean system "KOACH" is a device that achieves world-class ISO Class 1 super clean conditions simply by placing a pair of units in an open space between them. This allows anyone, anywhere, to easily create a super clean environment, making it widely adopted from cutting-edge research facilities to manufacturing sites in Japan.
