This is a coating carbide drill that balances performance and cost for mass-produced and prototype parts processing. It features a newly developed UT micro-coating that demonstrates high performance on low-height materials. The new drill design and X-shining improve resistance to sudden breakage and reduce variation in the number of holes processed. To suppress burr height in through holes, the tip angle is set to 130°. With a groove length 15 times the diameter, it enables high-precision machining of deep holes.

Materials to be machined: alloy steel, aluminum alloy, general structural rolled steel, carbon steel, copper alloy, pre-hardened steel, hardened steel (hardness below 45 HRC).
