First, the rubber material and curing agent are thoroughly mixed multiple times using a roller machine. If pigments are to be added, the required amount is added at this stage to adjust the color. The material that has been kneaded in the roller machine is shaped to the thickness suitable for each product. The sheet-like material is then cut according to the size and structure of the mold. The mold is set in the press machine, and the previously cut rubber material is loaded into it. Heat and pressure are applied to the mold (pressing). This process shapes the clay-like rubber material. The product removed from the mold has excess material that forms a thin flash. After that, each flash is carefully removed in the finishing process, and the product is nearly complete. In the case of silicone rubber, a "secondary curing" process is carried out in this oven, where additional heat is applied. This process reduces the low molecular siloxanes contained in the silicone rubber, resulting in high-quality silicone rubber products. The dimensions of the finished product are checked using measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications. Finally, a complete inspection is conducted, and only the good products are delivered to the customer.
