In the past, ground surveys for detached housing areas have utilized the Swedish sounding test, which involves applying a load (weight) and manually rotating a rod while recording the penetration status of the rod. However, this testing method relies heavily on human power, requiring long hours of strenuous physical labor outdoors, making it an inefficient testing operation. The electric penetration testing machine significantly reduces this tough work. Its compact design allows it to be loaded directly onto a one-box type vehicle. The mechanism is also simple, making maintenance easy. By setting up the stacker (loading device) before the survey, there is no need for weight lifting and lowering tasks until the survey is completed. The initial load can be continuously applied in increments from 500N (50kg) to 750N (75kg), and the final load of 1kN (100kg) can be controlled using the descent handle. Additionally, there is no risk of the weight falling during the testing operation. It can be easily disassembled, making it lightweight and easy to move or dismantle. Assembly and disassembly require no bolts or tools, and daily maintenance is also straightforward. Users of the conventional TS50 series can also attach the stacker (loading device) by modifying the main unit.
