This is a dewatering filtration recycling treatment system (intermediate treatment of industrial waste) that does not use chemical agents. Processing details of this product: 1. The cutting water used in cutter cutting work is collected via vacuum into a mobile recycling tank. The collected sludge can be filtered without the use of coagulants, allowing for uninterrupted cutting work throughout the day without worrying about sludge. 2. After the work is completed, the cutting water in the recycling tank is discharged into a tank for cutting water sludge when returning to the office. 3. The cutting water in the cutting water sludge tank is sent to the dewatering machine via a pump and is treated through dewatering filtration without the use of chemical agents. 4. The cutting water is separated into sludge and water by the dewatering machine. The sludge falls onto the lower truck bed via a scraper, and the filtered water is stored in the filtered water storage tank through piping. 5. Filtered water is supplied from the filtered water storage tank to the mobile recycling tank, and then dispatched to the construction site.
