In addition to general materials according to JIS standards, we also produce large-diameter O-rings using various high-performance materials from the "Fluoro Power Series," which features Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) at its peak, as well as the "Fluoro Up Series," characterized by low adhesion, low friction, low sticking, and low outgassing. In the molding of O-rings with a large inner diameter, various methods can be chosen in addition to the integrated mold. While production using an integrated mold is often reasonable for general materials according to JIS standards, for large-diameter O-rings made from expensive materials like the Fluoro Power series, using a feeding vulcanization method can help distribute the risk of defects and potentially lower costs.
