It is synthesized by mixing two liquids: isocyanate and polyamine. After resin formation, it is a synthetic resin that contains 100% solid content and does not emit any VOCs. Toughurea cures very quickly, so coating is done using a dedicated spraying device. It can form a film of more than 1mm in a single spray and can be touched within a few minutes. Additionally, the sprayed product can be used in about 6 hours, which shortens time and reduces costs. The cured film has various applications, and by utilizing its characteristics, it can be applied to many uses.
