Oil volume 5000L (general hydraulic). It reliably removes fine sludge.
The electrostatic oil cleaning machine EDC series EDC-R50N always maintains a cleaner state than new oil, significantly extending the oil's lifespan while greatly reducing pump troubles, oil leaks, and the occurrence of defective products. EDC is a new generation oil cleaner that efficiently and electrically removes oxidized contaminants that can cause troubles in precision machinery. Since EDC maintains the oil in an ultra-clean state, oxidized contaminants that adhere to the inside of the machinery and pipes dissolve into the oil. As a result, it washes away oxidized contaminants that are absolutely impossible to remove with conventional filter methods from the inside of the machinery and pipes. By using EDC, pump troubles and oil leaks from pipes caused directly or indirectly by oxidized contaminants will be eliminated. The hydraulic system (circuit) will be in a very clean state, allowing operation with precision close to that of newly purchased machinery.
