○ Half precast refers to a construction method where blocks with embedded inserts and KC panels are connected on-site through separators. This eliminates the need for the assembly and disassembly of back formwork, significantly shortening the construction process. ○ By enlarging the face and control length of conventional stacked blocks and adding a slope (1:0.5) to the front wall, the product can be easily constructed to the specified slope simply by installing it horizontally. ○ This is a large block retaining wall that is built by stacking products one layer at a time and applying backfilling (internal filling) work up to the specified height. ○ The concrete pouring pressure for the backfilling and internal filling is offset by connecting the separator to the block and the dedicated back formwork, eliminating the risk of displacement during construction. ○ Since it is a half precast block structure for dry stacking, similar to conventional concrete retaining walls, it is possible to ensure stability conditions by selecting the cross-sectional thickness according to the magnitude of the earth pressure. ○ The dedicated back formwork KC panel (corrosion-resistant resin formwork made of polypropylene composite material) can be buried and used without demolding, having no impact on the environment. Additionally, the KC panel is made from recycled materials, demonstrating consideration for the environment.
