Additionally, each person inputs requests for paid leave and compensatory work/holidays as needed. Supervisors approve this application information. Data is prepared to be submitted to the general affairs department by the 20th of each month. As part of the analysis process, tables and graphs can be displayed that classify and summarize overtime information by department and individual, both in terms of amount and time.
