[Released on December 19, 2012] The radiation dose monitor "SV-2000" decontamination model is a product designed for measurements in areas with contamination surveys. It automatically calculates the "annual additional exposure dose" presented by the Ministry of the Environment from the dose rate measurement values. Anyone can easily perform high-precision radiation measurements. Even without specialized knowledge, users can quickly assess radiation levels by comparing bar graphs and color bars (this is a patented display). After turning on the power switch and positioning it horizontally, the display begins approximately 10 seconds after measurement starts, and the readings are finalized after one minute. It features a convenient alarm mode function for decontamination work, which emits an alarm sound to warn when the threshold of 2.5μSv/h is exceeded.
