The mouth is designed with a thick rim that is resistant to cracking. It is a flask that is strong against changes in pressure. The shape makes it easy to pour out the contents and easy to clean.
The flask comes in sizes ranging from 50ml to 3L. "H-32" Hario -32 glass is a low thermal expansion coefficient heat-resistant glass (borosilicate glass -1) that has been perfected through years of research. It meets the standards of "borosilicate glass -1" as specified in JIS R 3503, exhibiting excellent chemical durability and heat resistance, making it an outstanding glass for scientific and industrial use. "H-32" does not contain heavy metals such as lead, zinc, and cadmium, nor does it use arsenic or antimony, which are commonly used as foam-cutting agents. It can be safely used for chemical analysis. 【Features】 ○ Low thermal expansion coefficient heat-resistant glass (borosilicate glass -1) ○ Excellent chemical durability and heat resistance ○ Outstanding glass for scientific and industrial use ○ No heavy metals, arsenic, or antimony used For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
HARIO's heat-resistant glass has been produced since 1972 in a "smokeless factory." This was made possible by the successful development of Japan's first direct electric melting furnace for glass, a unique technology that melts glass raw materials using electricity instead of heavy oil. This changed the common perception of glass factories at the time, which were known for severe smoke and dust pollution, creating a workplace environment that does not disrupt the surrounding environment and is considerate of the employees working inside the factory.

Applications/Examples of results
There is a long history of use in national public offices, research institutes, schools, and manufacturing companies. When heating, please avoid localized overheating. When heating substances with low boiling points or flammable materials, please use a water bath. When handling heated glass, always use heat-resistant gloves or specialized tongs to prevent burns. When used under reduced pressure, round-bottom flasks, pear-shaped flasks, and Kjeldahl flasks are used for chemical reaction tests and reduced pressure distillation tests. However, please check for any "scratches," "deformations," or "uneven thickness" before use. Avoid using flat-bottomed flasks or triangular flasks, as their structural strength is weak.
