DIA Free Joint (Rubber Type) is a joint that is installed perpendicular or at an angle to the bridge axis (direction of vehicle travel). It is a rubber load-supporting type with a separate structure consisting of surface rubber, a receiving plate (load-supporting plate), a receiving base, and anchor bolts. Since there is no exposure of metal (load-supporting plate) due to wear of the surface rubber, rust is less likely to occur, and there is minimal adverse effect on the joint. Additionally, by using high nut-type anchor bolts, component replacement can be done without breaking the cast concrete. The products K-40, K-50, K-80, and K-110 have flexible performance for both products and construction. K-210, K-240, and K-330 are ideal for repairing finger joints.
