The compact body integrates crushing and melting functions. This allows it to be installed without taking up much space, making it suitable for locations like basements. By simply loading the material and pressing a switch, it continuously performs crushing, feeding, heating, kneading, and cartridge storage. After that, all that is left is to cool the cartridge to extract the resin. Due to the low-temperature processing using electricity, it is designed to minimize odor generation. The bulk density after processing is 0.7 to 0.8t/m3 (approximately 10kg per unit). The processed blocks are straight blocks (prisms), making it easy to stack on pallets and facilitating versatility.
