【Procedure】 [F-I Method: Flow Coating Floor] ○ Repair any unevenness or cracks in the substrate using epoxy putty, and completely remove oil, dirt, etc., allowing it to dry sufficiently. ○ Mix the primer in the specified amount, stir well, and apply it evenly over the entire surface. ○ After the primer has sufficiently cured, apply Epall F to the substrate using a squeegee. ○ After curing and drying, apply the second coat of Epall F in the specified amount. [F-II Method: Non-Slip Method] ○ Repair any unevenness or cracks in the substrate using epoxy putty, and completely remove oil, dirt, etc. ○ Mix the primer in the specified amount, stir well, and apply it evenly over the entire surface. ○ Apply the first coat of Epall F in the specified amount. ○ After the first coat is touch dry, apply the second coat of Epall F in the specified amount, while simultaneously scattering the specified amount of silica sand during the application. ○ After the silica sand has cured, completely remove any excess silica sand and apply Epall SL or Epall H in the specified amount to finish. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
