Detailed information

If you go through the industrial road and turn left at the bustling southern market, you will see our premises at the end of the road. This sign is the first thing to welcome our customers. There is a small garden behind the sign, where edamame and mini tomatoes are sometimes grown. Since the sea is nearby, you might catch a whiff of the ocean breeze... ?

The entrance to our factory. It's small and hard to see, but please pay attention to the light blue pole in the center. Our company logo sculpture is displayed at the top of the pole. Inside this light blue building, we are producing our pride products, starting with the doors.
-
There is a large cherry blossom tree next to the office. It blooms a little late, allowing us to enjoy the blossoms until around Golden Week in May. In the summer, when cicadas settle on this tree, their loud cries echo throughout the office (laughs).
-
Inside the factory. We display a sign for organization and tidiness, and not only practice 5S but also ensure safe passageways. All processes involved in production are within the same building, and products are created flowing from left to right.

Factory work scene part 1. While checking the drawings and materials from upstream departments, we are preparing parts and materials. The factory is always filled with loud sounds, such as the noise of machines operating and the sparks from welding, so concentration is necessary.
-
Factory work scene part 2. We are checking the dimensions. Since our company manufactures products made to order, even our main product, "doors," comes in various types. We receive requests for doors ranging from those that people can pass through to doors for machine control panels, with different sizes and uses. There are also many types of hardware, such as handles that can be attached to the doors, so adjustments to detailed dimensions and sizes may be required down to the millimeter. The craftsmanship shines through.
-
Factory work scene number 3. What is being loaded onto the forklift are door frames that will soon be transported to the site. As shown in the photo, machines are used to transport products in bulk and load them onto the truck bed, but of course, manual labor is also involved. For example, when stacking products to prevent damage, cardboard or wooden blocks are placed in between. Such protective measures are carried out by human effort. There are also doors that require four people to flip over with a "ready, set, go!" demonstrating the importance of teamwork.

This is a truck with our company logo. The finished products are loaded onto this truck and transported to the site. Since the delivery of fixtures often occurs early in the morning, the drivers have a tough job, but they operate safely every day.
