This is a vehicle location management and safety operation support system using a rugged smartphone with GPS functionality. By simply installing a smartphone on the dashboard of dump trucks and commercial vehicles, the office can intuitively grasp the vehicle's location on a map. It supports the efficient operation of owned vehicles, automation of daily reports and documentation, and ensures safety management and compliance with regulations in the field and surrounding routes, specifically tailored for civil engineering, construction, and logistics vehicle operations. VasMap provides the application in a SaaS format, allowing you to start implementation immediately without installing software on your computer. It features real-time vehicle location display. At set intervals (with the smartphone reporting every minute at the shortest, and mobile phones every five minutes), the moving unit transmits location information. Along with the location data, it displays necessary information for operation management, such as vehicle status, last report, and any violations. Since it uses internet maps, it always shows the latest maps.
